Crisis Mobile Services for School-Age Children (CMS-SAC)
Community-based initiative designed to provide immediate, short-term mental health intervention for school-age children (ages 5-18) experiencing emotional or behavioral crises. The program operates with a mobile crisis response team model, delivering on-site, trauma-informed counseling and stabilization services directly to schools, homes, or other community settings. The goal of CMS-SAC is to de-escalate crises, provide immediate support, and connect children and their families with appropriate long-term mental health services to ensure continued care.

Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Medical, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Community Support Services
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) aims to support employees dealing with challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, medical concerns, and community-related stressors by providing comprehensive, confidential services. The EAP will serve both employees within our organization and contracted businesses seeking to enhance employee well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction.

Our consulting services are designed to assist organizations, agencies, and communities in developing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive health and social service programs that address critical needs in the areas of medical care, substance abuse treatment, mental health, mentoring, and community support. CTMHAC Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Our medical services will focus on providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families in need. This includes preventive care, management of chronic conditions, treatment for acute illnesses, and health education. By reducing barriers such as cost, transportation, and scheduling conflicts, we ensure that community members can receive the care they need in a timely and effective manner.
Substance Abuse Treatment
CTMHAC will soon offer a comprehensive substance abuse treatment program that includes both outpatient and inpatient services. The program is designed to help individuals struggling with addiction recover and maintain long-term sobriety. Services include detoxification, individual and group counseling, peer support groups, and aftercare planning. We emphasize a personalized approach to recovery, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique.
