Mr. Gibson is a Visionary Operations Executive with 15+ years leading large-scale medical, mental health, and correctional systems. He has proven expertise in multi-billion-dollar budgets, compliance enforcement, and operational transformation. Mr. Gibson is a Navy veteran who fought in operation Enduring Freedom during 9/11 and has overcome his own set of emotional and mental health setbacks as a returning combat vet. He is well equipped with a special skill set to help inspire, motivate, and assist clients in navigating various struggles they may be dealing with.  He says "When a client is ready to face the issues that are impacting them,  this soldier is ready to answer the call." Mr. Gibson is a seasoned therapist who has been in the mental health field for 20 plus years.

Colette Brownlee Gibson is a Healthcare Compliance Strategist specializing in system redesign, staffing accountability, and risk mitigation frameworks that improve outcomes and reduce liability exposure. She has over 10 plus years experience working in human services with degrees in Health Administration and Health Education and has held many roles working in residential settings, behavior health departments of insurance agencies, substance abuse programs, federally qualified health center and  senior corporation. In 2022 she received her Certificate as a Professional Life Coach and started On Purpose Life.
